It is impossible to reach support I have sent them innumerable emails and I do not get an answer In the meantime for three weeks I have had a dead phone
The couple of times I have tried to get them on the phone the line is always busy I live in western Canada so the time difference makes it very difficult
Does this company still even exist or is it bankrupt
I have emailed them before less than a few weeks ago and they responded within a few days.
I have sent them an email through their support page and an email to support@carbonmobile.com
Have you sent them an email to the same adress? It worked for me. very weird to see that they dont respond.
